Identify

WBG's multi year process begins with a simple goal; assist those with a chronic condition manage their illness better. Studies have proven that management of chronic disease states is a key driver in reducing claims cost. This is achieved by a strategic enrollment process in which employees are empowered to evaluate their own health risks and associated costs.

Engage

Once an employee has been identified with a chronic condition, an individualized effort is made to engage them in their illness. This engagement process helps employees better manage future spending by utilizing preventative care or disease management benefits available through the plan. WBG assists your employees evaluate their own health status and its' impact on their health care spending.

Educate

As we move forward as a country, the financial demands being placed on individuals continues to grow. Our educational process combines general financial literacy (which is required of any retirement plan sponsor) with health care specific information. The goal of this process is to give employees skill sets that benefit them in life and not just about learning health plan components. By the end of the transition, our goal is to change your renewal process away from health plan component selection and towards managing individual health issues.

Communicate

By effectively communicating our multi-year process, we empower participants to take greater control over their own personal health issues. Healthy participants learn quickly that they can save more money and potentially create greater wealth for themselves and their families. Many participants may be hesitant to discuss health issues with HR, so WBG is able to give unbiased and individualized advice. We are the health care advocate for your company and your employees.
